Elmstead Woods

Situated towards the north of the borough, bordering the Eltham area of Greenwich, Elmstead Woods form part of the Green Chain Walk - a walking route linking together many of south east London's parks and open spaces. Elmstead is one of the closest woods to central London, yet is surprisingly unfrequented.
